How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of an ecommerce app?
It varies from app to app. On average 8-12 weeks are needed to make it functional.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third-party vendors/outsourcing?
Ours is an in-house team. We rarely outsource.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
Because of the in-house team business model, we know in and out of each project so we are able to create value addition at every stage of a project from design to implementation to support post-implementation.

Ideally, it completely depends on the client’s financial situation and needs still I would suggest with Shopify to make the first step.
Which Content Management System do you prefer to use (Wordpress, Jumla, Drupal etc)?
WordPress, as we have rich experience and WordPress too, is very dynamic.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of an ecommerce application?
Scope of the project, technology, and of course in returning clients cases, the relationship (which happen frequently as most of our clients are returning clients!)
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc)
