Datazo InfoTech

The outcome of the project is a brand new and working iOS app (available in the app store with 4+ rating) supporting the existing system. The iOS technology was a ‘greenfield’ project for us and built completely from scratch. The Android app was also released, as a new version of the existing app with new design and features. So, we have consistent products on iOS and Android which meet our clients’ expectations. The project was also measured against the legacy app to compare the support issues associated. This version has substantially reduced the user support requirements which is great for our customers as well as our operations.

The three major tools that our employees use daily are all connected via the same interface, which is a huge success. I also get a lot of anecdotal feedback from people about how fast and responsive the system is. Enhancements and features are being implemented very quickly, and people feel that they’re being heard by our team and Datazo InfoTech. If we ask for something, then it will be delivered. They've been terrific in that respect. Along the way, Datazo InfoTech made enhancements and improvements to the way that we do business. Not only have they helped us with building that tool, but they’ve also collaborated with us as we streamline the way that we do work. Of note is that we made the transition between the two business systems while business was in-progress, and did not have any downtime or negative impact on getting work done.

We released the app after eight months of working with Datazo InfoTech. The team continues to help us update and make necessary bug fixes. Our inter-team workflow ran smoothly with weekly conference calls, daily communication over Slack, and various other management tools.

They went above and beyond with the app and interface. From many focus groups, every contractor that has looked at it and toyed around with it has been very comfortable using it. They delivered within the rapid time frame as well. The project manager and team were all very easy to communicate with. We utilized slack for the majority of communications and held weekly stand ups to make sure everything was on track. On top of that, we held monthly meetings with management team to make sure goals remained aligned, and we had daily updates from each team member letting us on their progress, blocks, and updates. Very, very open communication lines and responsiveness.

We’re happy with their work. Initially, there were some problems, but they figured them out. They’ve improved, and now they're doing really well with project management. They use an internal project management tool; we use Slack and Microsoft Teams to communicate.

They expertly managed critical features of our React Native mobile app build, executing each with meticulous care and attention to detail. Additionally, they have enhanced our cloud infrastructure, and we are excited about the further improvements and innovations that are currently in development in this space.

We tried the application and are pleased with the results, so we're really delighted with the job thus far. Our concepts have been realized by them, they do a really good job. The group works swiftly to resolve problems

Datazo infotech is a cooperative team that’s keen on meeting the timelines we set. There’ve only been a few instances wherein I’ve asked them to complete an iteration within a particular timeframe, and they’ve given me a vague response. However, it’s understandable given the. We still think of their team as a valuable asset, and we’re working on streamlining our communication efforts now.

I like the design and user-friendliness of the website and application, but I’m looking forward to getting user feedback. Overall, they’ve met all my expectations; I’m pretty satisfied. They do a great job, and the team has stuck to budget and timeline. They’re quick to respond and explain processes when I reach out with questions or concerns. We meet through Zoom and Google and communicate regularly through Skype.

Working with Datazo Infotech has been fantastic; they meet the key performance indicators for our project. Datazo Infotech made sure we had a smooth vendor transfer when we first started working together. To successfully do the work, the Datazo infotech team members must all be gregarious and inquisitive. This is great because our previous vendor didn't really probe us. The code that Datazo Infotech writes is graded using a tool, and it has improved from a D to a B. Furthermore, there is a drop in the code's duplication score and security vulnerabilities.

Datazo infotech was in charge of all things digital. They were the lead design and development team for the entire mobile/web portal, including backend, frontend, UI, UX, the live video streaming service architecture, and the CMS to control all the content on the web portal. Datazo infotech had such a good reputation, but they also made a point to come into our offices multiple times early on to strategize and discuss the assignment and how it might take shape. They produced really quality work.
