That background also includes fintech, among it an instant payment system built for Moldova. One of those ventures is Holty, a patient engagement platform for private clinics and hospitals. Holty is delivered as a licensed, on-premise system, with source access and knowledge transfer included, so a clinic's own team can extend it after go-live, using an AI tool that generates new modules tailored to how each clinic actually works. It connects to a clinic's existing hospital information system through two-way sync, with no data migration required, and combines a fully branded patient app (booking, eKYC, records, payments), telemedicine with AI-guided (not diagnostic) symptom routing, an AI-powered patient retention engine, and an AI call-center analysis tool that surfaces recurring patient questions before they generate another round of calls.
