Claim N Billing is a family-owned medical billing and revenue cycle management company in Irvine, California. We serve small and medium healthcare practices across the state, with a focus on five specialties: doula care, mental and behavioral health, chiropractic, home health, and small multi-provider clinics.

We started on the other side of the claim. Our founders ran a non-emergency medical transportation company and watched billing failures drain revenue they had already earned. They took billing in-house, fixed it, and then began doing the same work for other small practices facing the same problems.

CNB handles claim submission and follow-up, denial management and appeals, prior authorizations, provider credentialing, payment posting and reconciliation, appointment setting, and monthly financial reporting. We bill Medi-Cal managed care plans including CalOptima, IEHP, L.A. Care, Health Net, and Molina, along with Kaiser, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Aetna, Cigna, United, Optum, Humana, and Oscar.

Our clients work with the same small team every month, not a rotating call centre. We maintain a 98% clean claim rate and have reduced denials by 40% for the practices we serve. Pricing is 5 to 8% of collections with a $200 monthly minimum.
