We learn how your business runs before changing your software. We sit with your staff, follow real examples through your systems, and write down the steps and rules for your team to check. We agree what to change, then build it in pieces your staff can try. If an existing tool or a change to your process is enough, we'll say so.

We can also learn an existing system, work alongside the people who know it, and make careful changes without assuming the answer is a rebuild. The first job is finding out what your team already depends on it for.

Byte Bot is led by its co-founders, Hunter Goram and Ryan Clements, who stay responsible for what gets built. We work closely with the people who will use the software and explain our decisions as we make them.
