Brand Design Ltd. is a branding and B2A (Business to Agent) agency in Varna, Bulgaria. We build brands that people can recognise and AI systems can understand, verify and work with.

Our system connects six services: B2A Brand, B2A Brand Signal, B2A Product, B2A Customer Digital Twins, B2A Expert AI Agent and B2A Protection. Logo design, websites, print and outdoor advertising, video and 3D sit within B2A Brand.

We establish a governed source of truth for the business and align its website, structured data and external brand signals. SEO and GEO support a clear path from access and readability to trust and commerce. Our work includes agentic commerce architecture, product data, MCP interfaces and ACP/UCP readiness, with permissions and measurement defined for each project.

We build expert AI agents to represent a business, advise customers and support orders from people and authorised AI agents. Customer digital twins help evaluate propositions and messages before wider investment, using customer evidence and explicit simulation boundaries.

Each engagement has a defined scope, deliverables and verification criteria. Brand protection is built into the system from the start. Founded in 2023 by Nikola Mishev, Brand Design draws on his 22 years of professional experience, since 2004.

Agentic Commerce implementation: EUR 3000. We connect machine-readable offers with discovery, selection, ordering, payment and the business's internal processes. Scope, required integrations and acceptance criteria are agreed before work starts. Project payments are 50% in advance and 50% on completion. B2A Full Stack combines Brand, Brand Signal, Product, Customer Digital Twins, Expert AI Agent and Protection. Indicative setup is EUR 5200, with separate recurring fees of EUR 500 per month. The final scope and price require an individual quote. Commissioning all six layers together includes Agentic Commerce as a bonus, with a standalone value of EUR 3000. Our published hourly rates are EUR 55–99, depending on the work. The scope, billing currency and final price are confirmed in the project quote. One-time project fees and monthly services are stated separately.
