BEREM Property Management GmbH stands for the management of commercial real estate with the aim of ensuring long-term and successful economic activity at the respective location for the tenants.

As a 100 percent subsidiary of BEOS AG, BEREM takes on property management for the portfolio managed by BEOS as a developer and asset manager. She extends the "project workbench" of BEOS and complements the team on site.

BEREM takes care of all services related to rental contracts, ancillary costs, ongoing maintenance and reporting as well as ongoing tenant support and cooperation with authorities.
