After meeting with 2 other companies trying to build our website, the meeting we had with Aress Software was by far the best when we made it to them. I wish we would have found them sooner. The professionalism and courtesy of everyone I've interacted with on their team has set the standard for what I expect when dealing with others. The Project Managers and Account Director I have been assigned are diligent in ensuring that the vision is fulfilled and that workflow is proceeding. I have been kept up to date on my project, weekly meetings to adjust as necessary, and in misunderstandings the team are quick to address them so we continue to work in the same direction. They were able to track the data, set up a user interface that was very intuitive, and curated the experience expandable. We weren't just handed the keys without any education, and have been walked through how to do everything. We elected to go through a continued maintenance plan. Will use them on upcoming projects.

When we wanted changes, they submitted proper CR details which allowed us to accept or reject them.
