My company engaged with Anideos to take a static jpg image of our company logo and animate it. I honestly even questioned whether or not this project could be successfully pulled off when we thought of it, but we wanted to give it a try. We connected with Anideos through a LinkedIn referral and the experience, from start to finish, was fantastic. From the very beginning I was impressed by the excellent communication from the project manager. No question or email went on answered, and we very quickly received a response to every message we sent. It took us a few iterations to get to the final products, but when we did, it far exceeded our expectations. I was a little worried that are numerous request for changes would result in an increase in cost, or just a response that they could no longer work on this project. But that didn’t happen. They kept working with us until the video was everything we were hoping it would be. This company is responsive, their pricing is more than competitive

Our most popular service is 3D animation, including different categories such as character animation, product animation, explainer videos, motion graphics, and architectural animation. Clients commonly come to us for help developing aesthetically appealing 3D animations that complement their brand and resonate with their audience.
3D animation is an emerging animation form that offers better advantages and lets businesses stand out in the mob. However, as 3D animation is time-consuming and a bit costly, only companies with plenty of time and a good budget prefer to integrate this form into their branding. Companies with low budgets and less time often go for our 2D and isometric animation service.
What is your customer satisfaction rate, according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
No one is perfect! This is why I feel there is always a 10% internal and external factor margin. However, we always commit to providing exceptional results—so our satisfaction rate is 90%, as we never leave any of our clients until they are completely satisfied with their project.

The account managers are skilled and always provide swift resolutions to any queries or issues that may arise.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, or Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)
Well, our payment structure is quite simple but depends on the project’s size and scope. For instance, we charge 50% upfront for smaller projects, 25% upon a milestone, and the remaining upon completion. While for the bigger one, we work with 40% upfront; then we charge 30%, 20%, and 10% based on milestones.
The payment method is transparent and swift, allowing flexibility and ensuring both parties are satisfied with the process.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We have set an hourly rate for different services, and anyone with a big or small budget can use our service as long as the hourly rate is being paid. We mention hourly charges only for smaller projects like basic illustrations or drawing 3-4 frames. Otherwise, we charge by the project cost. As we offer swift communication, clients can have detailed information from our account managers.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?
It’s pretty tough to say a maximum price range. But on the minimum side, we charge $200 for an illustration. We do not have a limit for large-scale projects; therefore, a 40-minute 3D Cyberpunk style animation can cost around $350,000.

When I think of the coming ten years, the driving force is authenticity and transparency. I aim to take Anideos to even greater heights by integrating innovations like NFTs and AI techs and expanding our reach to new markets. I am determined to continue driving results and positively impacting our clients and the industry as a whole. As a company, we aim to become a top-tier company, not only in the USA but globally, by ensuring to stay ahead of the curve and beyond the expectations of the clients.
