The Problem We Solve
Large Language Models hallucinate. They generate plausible-sounding but false information, especially when asked to answer questions about proprietary data, compliance histories, or customer specifics. Traditional RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using vector embeddings alone is brittle. It retrieves semantically similar documents but doesn't understand entity relationships, causality, or business logic. A customer's transaction history, compliance record, or account hierarchy gets flattened into vectors, losing the semantic depth enterprises need.

We design and implement enterprise knowledge graphs that unify fragmented data silos. Starting from your customer data, transaction histories, compliance records, and regulatory rules, we model these as a semantic network typically using Neo4j as the graph database.
For a Fortune 500 fintech: we unified a customer's account history, transaction flows, KYC/AML compliance records, and regulatory guardrails into a single knowledge graph. The result: instant answers to "Has this customer ever triggered a compliance rule?" and "What is the full account lineage?" Both questions that previously required manual record assembly across 6 systems.
GraphRAG: Agentic AI that Doesn't Hallucinate
GraphRAG is retrieval-augmented generation powered by a knowledge graph instead of vector embeddings alone. When an agentic AI needs to answer a question, it:
1. Traverses the knowledge graph to find relevant entities and relationships
2. Grounds its answer in those relationships
3. Returns the answer with a traceable chain
